As a Data & AI Innovation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Data & AI Innovation Manager to drive data-centric and AI-powered projects, focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities. This role requires hands-on expertise in data collection, optimization, and visualization, alongside developing proof-of-concept tools and models that align with our organization's innovative objectives. The ideal candidate is both technically adept and visionary, capable of identifying unmet product needs and crafting solutions demonstrable through functional prototypes or spikes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Operations: Execute data scraping, optimization, and analysis using Python(pandas required), with potential applications in JavaScript.

- Model Development & Tuning: Identify and evaluate LLM models suited for specific tasks, manage fine-tuning and customization, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

- AWS Implementation: Utilize AWS services, including S3, Bedrock, and SageMaker, to facilitate model training, deployment, and storage. Familiarity with AWS Lambda is advantageous.

- Innovation& Prototyping: Proactively identify gaps or opportunities in existing products, conceptualize and develop innovative solutions, and deliver these toa functional demo or spike level.

- Collaboration& Version Control: Engage in a collaborative Git-based workflow, ensuring well-documented and maintainable code.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python, particularly with pandas.

- Experience in data visualization and analysis.

- Familiarity with LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and model tuning.

- Experience with AWS services (S3, Bedrock, SageMaker; Lambda is a plus).

- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.

- Proficiency in JavaScript for data-related visualizations and interactivity.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline or a closely related field.

- At least 1-2years of experience in data science, AI development, or a related role.
