As a Product Content Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Innovation Lab and the Product Team to drive content-centric features and strategies with a focus on cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance content for our products. This role requires hands-on expertise in one or more of these areas and the ability to translate technical best practices into accessible, business-friendly language. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at creating, managing, and optimizing content to support our product’s compliance, cybersecurity, and privacy-related features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create, edit, and optimize content, ensuring it aligns with product strategies and complies with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and legal teams to understand content needs related to cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance features. Translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly content.
- Content Strategy & Management: Develop and manage content roadmaps and calendars for product content, ensuring alignment with product launch timelines and user education needs.
- Content Quality Assurance: Regularly review and refine content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance, maintaining a high standard for tone, style, and clarity.
Required Skills:
- Content Expertise in Cybersecurity/Privacy/Compliance: Hands-on experience in content creation or content strategy within the cybersecurity, data privacy, or compliance sectors.
- Technical Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical cybersecurity or compliance requirements into accessible language suitable for a business audience.
- Project Management: Experience managing content workflows, including planning, scheduling, and meeting project milestones.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and focus on detail, especially regarding compliance and regulatory content requirements.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively across departments, including product, legal, and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with tools like Strapi, WordPress, Confluence, or others relevant to content organization and distribution.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Frameworks and Best Practices: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, tools, or best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content management, with a focus on cybersecurity, data privacy, or regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage content strategies that address technical and compliance needs.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
