The Role:
We are looking for a talented, innovative and experienced VP Engineering to lead our team. If you are eager to make your mark in the industry by joining a young dynamic start up, and you are passionate to take part in developing the first digital cyber crisis readiness & management platform, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
As a senior member of our R&D organization, you will own the architecture and technological roadmap and be at the forefront of building our Platform, designed for production at scale.
You will lead by example to nurture, inspire, and motivate the team, which is split to outsource and internal, to accomplish their development targets by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation, and positive thinking.
You are expected to balance technical products and business requirements across multiple feature developments and customer projects. To do that you will closely collaborate with product and Customer Success teams (based in Tel Aviv).
In this role, you will report to the CEO.
· Successful experience in leading R&D SW groups in enterprise SW SaaS companies
· At least 8 years of SW leadership positions, managing a growing team
· Knowledge in the fields of Cyber Security Products/environments – a must
· Have successful experience in executing vast technical product developments, from concept to production.
· Experience managing groups in startups, including groups working remotely or outsourced; and working in a fast-paced growth environment
· Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
· Strong technical development background; hands-on mentality
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional growing teams
· Fluent in English and Hebrew.
