As an SDR at Cytactic, you will be the frontline for our sales team, responsible for identifying and nurturing potential customers and leads, to create a strong sales pipeline. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify leads to generate a steady flow of sales opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Engagement and Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers and initiate conversations.
  • Discovery and Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, needs, and fit with Cytactic’s solutions.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Directors to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights from conversations with prospects to help the team better understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.
Qualifications
Experience Required
  • 3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, ideally in the SaaS or cybersecurity space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as lead generation, calls made, and meetings booked.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and conduct engaging discovery calls.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience working in a young growing Israeli startup is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry or a passion for technology is a plus.
