Key Responsibilities:
- Create user-centric interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to turn requirements into functional and engaging designs.
- Manage and improve the existing design system’s patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform and support its growth.
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Analyze user behavior to suggest improvements and contribute ideas for new features that align with the product’s goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design. Holistic perspective – mandatory.
- 1+ years of experience in a small startup and 2+ years of designing cyber security products – an advantage.
- Experience with b2b and b2b2b products.
- Possess and be able to present a strong portfolio of past designs that showcases your skills.
- Sense of ownership – lead projects from A to Z.
- Willingness to work in a dynamically changing environment and produce prototypes rapidly.
- Proficiency in Figma- mandatory.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and turning user feedback into practical design improvements.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to handling design challenges.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for explaining design choices and gathering feedback.
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field – an advantage.
