We are looking for a Cyber Simulations Project Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge cyber tabletop exercises (TTX). - End-to-End Cyber Simulation Project Management: Lead the creation and execution of cyber tabletop exercises (TTX) for senior executives, ensuring each simulation covers the full incident lifecycle from detection to recovery.
- Platform Integration and Innovation: Design interactive, immersive simulations on the Cytactic platform for C-level executives, delivering engaging, hands-on experiences that reflect real-world cyber threats.
- Crisis Management and Executive Engagement: Facilitate high-stakes TTX sessions for senior leaders, guiding real-time decision-making and identifying gaps in their cyber crisis management strategies.
- Scenario Development and Threat Modeling: Craft realistic scenarios based on real-world incidents, integrating SOC processes, IR workflows, and threat intelligence to challenge participants’ decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SOC teams, IR specialists, technical experts, and executive leaders to create meaningful simulations that address both technical and business impacts.
- Customer-Tailored Solutions: Customize simulations to meet client-specific needs by addressing industry threats, regulatory requirements, and organizational risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine simulations based on customer feedback and evolving cyber trends to ensure ongoing relevance and impact.
- Innovation and Creativity: Bring out-of-the-box thinking to develop unique, impactful scenarios and stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Law, Business, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field; a multidisciplinary background is an advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and trends, including incident response (IR), SOC operations, and threat intelligence.
- TTX Experience: Prior experience in designing TTX exercises, cyber crisis simulations, or cybersecurity drills is a significant advantage.
- Storytelling and Teaching Skills: Ability to create engaging educational content and explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a clear and relatable way.
- Collaboration and Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and senior executives, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning, innovation, and adapting to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Additional Advantage: A background in graphic design, creative roles, or experience with digital adoption tools is a plus.
