With more than 20 years of global cybersecurity leadership, Youngblood brings a unique blend of enterprise security expertise, board-level strategy, and product innovation.
Youngblood most recently served as SVP, Chief Security Officer, and Product Security Officer at T-Mobile, where he led enterprise cybersecurity, risk, and product security efforts. Prior to that, he was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at McDonald’s Corporation, responsible for securing digital platforms across 38,000 restaurants worldwide. He was also the first global CISO for both Dell Technologies and Kimberly-Clark, aligning security strategies with business objectives and enterprise risk at scale.
In addition to his executive roles, Youngblood is an active angel investor, CISO-in-Residence at Astrix Security, and a board advisor to high-growth cybersecurity startups and leading investment firms, including Cyera, Reco.ai, HiddenLayer, Secret Double Octopus, Cyberstarts, Glilot Capital Partners, and Insight Partners.
Named Top Global CISO 2024 by Cyber Defense Media and inducted into the CSO Hall of Fame, Timothy is a rare blend of strategic thinker, enterprise operator, and product visionary.
