As we scale across the U.S. and global markets, we’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to support the way our platform is positioned, and embraced by customers. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, yet hands-on, tech-oriented marketing leader who can deeply understand product functionality, translate technical complexity into compelling value, and drive adoption through crisp, differentiated go-to-market execution. You will be reporting to the VP of Product.
About You
- You’re a seasoned and strategic – yet also very hands-on – product marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of product, market, and go-to-market.
- You bring a strong track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS products in cybersecurity, and have a deep understanding of how to turn complex cyber product capabilities into clear, differentiated value for buyers.
- You’re technologically savvy, comfortable and experienced in understanding and explaining the ideas behind systems, architectural decisions, and tech stacks.
- You have the ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear value and crisp messaging tailored to different audiences.
- You’re collaborative, curious, and capable of building tight feedback loops across product, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, influence decisions, and accelerate growth.
About the Role
As Director of Product Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in defining and executing how Cytactic platform adoption develops across the U.S. and beyond.
You will work closely with cross-functional leads across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-impact technical and marketing content, including solution briefs, demo scripts, use-case explainers, pitch decks, and sales tools.
- Building and delivering enablement for sales and partners – battlecards, objection handling, messaging playbooks, and training.
- Representing Cytactic externally with customers, partners, analysts, to better understand their perspective following product adoption.
- Becoming the voice of the customer, synthesizing insights from users, syncing with market trends, and competitive activity to shape messaging and influence roadmap direction.
- Championing customer advocacy, sourcing testimonials, references, and real-world stories that showcase our impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven successful track record in a rapidly growing cybersecurity B2B SaaS product.
- Deep product intuition and technical fluency – comfortable exploring features, workflows, and integration architecture.
- Background in product management, engineering, or technical writing is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in crafting positioning and GTM strategies that drive clarity, differentiation, and adoption in complex markets.
- Strong customer-facing skills, confident across executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with strong grasp of marketing and product KPIs.
- Relevant academic background and a technical degree (e.g., CS, InfoSec, Engineering) or MBA is a plus.
- Cybersecurity certifications, as well as familiarity with and experience in cloud native concepts and architectures, are strong pluses.
- Startup mindset and proven experience – collaborative and energized by pace and possibility.
Location & Work Style
This is a remote-friendly role for U.S.-based candidates. Occasional business travel is required.
