Cytactic is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution in our primary market – North America. This executive will be a key member of the global marketing leadership team and will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying Cytactic’s brand, messaging, and market presence.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this individual will drive demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives targeted at CISOs and other senior decision-makers across the cybersecurity landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing leader with deep domain expertise in B2B cybersecurity, exceptional storytelling abilities, and a proven track record of building and scaling high-impact marketing organizations in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with Cytactic’s growth objectives.
- Lead and evolve Cytactic’s brand positioning and identity to reinforce market dominence and differentiation.
- Drive demand generation and product-led growth initiatives across digital, content, events, and partner channels.
- Define compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to CISOs and enterprise buyers.
- Oversee the development of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and executive communications.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional marketing team to support business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive management to align marketing priorities and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a strong track record in U.S.-based B2B cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of the CISO persona and enterprise buying cycles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling brand presence and pipeline in competitive international and U.S. markets.
- Experience leading marketing functions in high-growth SaaS startups, from early stage to market dominence.
- Proven ability to drive innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise across digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
- Hands-on experience collaborating with U.S.-based PR, brand, and creative agencies.
- Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills.
- Highly results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance metrics.
